D-Hack (Detroit Hackathon) 2025 - SAVE THE DATE (Dec 6th)
Join us for the 8th Annual Accelerate4KIDS D-Hack on Saturday, December 6th at 9am-9pm at the Western International High School. Over 50 Detroit and Pontiac high school students will participate in teams of 3-5 in the 12-hour hackathon to learn, network, build and pitch a startup business for a grand prize of $1000. COMPUTER SCIENCE EDUCATION
Our nonprofit is dedicated to making Computer Science and STEM education accessible to all youth, regardless of their background. Our mission drives us to empower students with essential skills in computer programming, app development, artificial intelligence, drones, robotics, game design, and more. Collaborate with us in providing the next generation with the tools they need to succeed in the digital world. With our partners in the community, we can inspire innovation and creativity in every student.
STEM EDUCATION
We are dedicated to empowering hundreds of youth each year in mostly Detroit and Pontiac through high-quality STEM education. Our instructors are experienced and passionate, and our curriculum is STEM.org Accredited, ensuring that students receive top-notch instruction in various STEM disciplines including coding classes, robotics camps, eSports clubs, 3D printing workshops, drone competitions, and more. By providing extended after-school programs, expanded in-school courses, and engaging summer camps, we aim to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
We are collaborating with the community to create innovative and high-quality programs that address the holistic development of each child—mentally, socially, and physically. Recognizing every child learns differently, we provide mentorship and coaching in emotional and educational strategies. Our offerings include STEM classes, entrepreneurship workshops, after school tutoring , and unique healthy programs like Tennis & Tech™ in partnership with the United States Tennis Association of Midwest.
